Swarms
Has a large dark cluster of buzzing insects suddenly appeared hanging from a tree branch in your yard? They are swarming honeybees. Want to know what to do with them? Please, whatever you do, don't kill them!
If you live within San Mateo County, call one of the volunteers on the swarm list below and we will come out and retrieve the swarm.
Our beekeepers take care of honeybees only. We never get involved with wasps, hornets, and/or yellow jackets nor carpenter bees or bumblebees.
